Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations Management or a related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred.
- 25 years of progressive experience in operations management preferably within the technology or high-growth service industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex operational environments across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
- Proven ability to manage budgets optimize resources and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English and local languages (e.g. French Swahili) highly advantageous.
- Experience with operational frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma or ISO standards is a plus.
- Familiarity with technology infrastructure cloud services and digital service delivery models.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Central Africa and adapt to diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
