Requirements

- 25 years of progressive experience in sales management or business development within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in emerging markets.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies SaaS cloud solutions or IT services (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills with fluency in English and French (local language proficiency is a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and data analysis platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Central Africa.
