Job Summary

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies tailored to the Central African market.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals providing coaching performance management and career development.
  • Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders across public and private sectors.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and operations teams to align offerings with market demands and customer needs.
  • Monitor sales performance analyze market trends and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews forecasts and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations industry standards and company policies in all business activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 25 years of progressive experience in sales management or business development within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in emerging markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies SaaS cloud solutions or IT services (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills with fluency in English and French (local language proficiency is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and data analysis platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Central Africa.
  • Demonstrated leadership strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitie
