Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 25 years of progressive experience in accounting financial reporting or finance operations within a corporate or technology environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP Oracle QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of IFRS or GAAP standards and local regulatory requirements in Central Africa.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance executives.
