Job Summary
Prior Sales Experience is preferred.
We are looking for driven intelligent well spoken individuals with good hygiene to join our highly competitive team. Must Have reliable transportation this role must cover assigned shifts in Lexington Georgetown and Richmond KY.
Most people misunderstand what it is to be apart of a highly functioning sales team. Some are confused about the sleep and specialty mattress sales industry. This is not a retail job like any other. We are looking for individuals who can work with limited supervision with a high capacity for SALES. The Training process could take 2-3 weeks and will be ongoing.
We are looking to promote from within and grow our business locations while depending on you to step up and become our next Sleep Consultant or Store Manager. This process will take a minimum of 12 months depending on the individual.
- This person will be scheduled to fill shifts between multiple locations.
- We offer abase pay of 15$ and hour and up to 500$ dollars of bonus potential per month along with earned spiffs on product sold.
- Multiple ways to earn additional income along with hourly pay.
This is an entry level position once promoted as store manager expected pay rate is 63000 to 95000
