Responsibilities:
Responsible for maximizing sales profitability and customer satisfaction for all Lumberyards Dealers Architects and Contractors. Duties include but are not limited to: providing sales support for outside sales associates; the President Vice President of Sales and Commercial Division. Developing new office systems and programs marketing support proper filing and organization as well as any other office duties deemed necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position Function:
- Maximize customer satisfaction and protect company integrity.
- Responsible for the identification development and implementation of programs policies and procedures that support total customer satisfaction both internally and externally where applicable in relation to this position.
- Develop new business strategies to better serve the market.
- Working all quotes orders and identifying service issues
- Keeping sales reports up to date.
- Constant communication with outside sales reps with any issues problems or concerns.
- Work with outside sales team on quote tracking.
- Always remain positive calm and confident on the phone.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with production and other divisions within the company.
- Continuously educate dealers on product knowledge.
- Keep dealers posted on current lead times.
- Communicate clearly with outside sales on all orders and quotes
- Help with organizing service for outside service team.
Education:
- Associates Degree and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Position Requirements:
- The position requires previous 3-7 years sales experience and/or a background in building materials.
- Ability to read and break down blue prints for quoting purposes.
- Proactive approach to customer service outgoing aggressive and helpful personality.
- Ability to effectively communicate using written and verbal skills including use of Microsoft Office Suite Excel PowerPoint and presenting to large and small groups
