Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Possession of qualification from a recognised professional accounting body is preferred
- Experience in preparing full set of accounts is an advantage
- Able to work independently and under pressure with strong attention to detail and effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Oracle Financial System with prior experience in system development projects is preferred

Responsibilities
- Supervise a team to provide full spectrum of accounting and financial support to MTR Lab (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation) and the Corporate Functions of the Corporation
- Formulate cost control measures ensure financial control and deliver high-quality financial services in accordance with the accounting standards and the Corporations policies
- Support monitor and facilitate in the preparation of budgets statutory and management reports and variance analyses providing value-adding insights to support business decisions
- Perform and supervise day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing billings and payments processing of funding applications and other finance-related matters
- Handle enquiries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders independently on financial / accounting / business matters
- Participate in financial system development and other process enhancement initiatives
- Carry out ad hoc finance-related tasks and projects as assigned
