Pay : HK$24191 - HK$28623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop organize and implement patient / family support groups various festive functions and regular daycare programs;
different palliative care volunteer groups organize and implement multi-disciplinary training/support programs for volunteers supervise and coordinate all volunteers activities;
all psychosocial care programs and mutual help groups activities for patients and families;
psychosocial screening for palliative care patients/families under nurses supervision;
bereavement counseling and support service programs for the bereaved families;
with clinical partners and external community agencies in launching collaborative programs;
and coordinate community resources to support different patient/family/volunteer activities;
and prepare posters presentations materials community resources information educational audio visual and written materials for different events as well as for palliative clients/families;
services evaluation / audit data collection/analysis and prepare statistical reports for the entire Palliative Care Team;
10. Compile and analyze all statistical data for different services of PC Team;
executive and administrative support such as patient registration appointment booking data input telephone enquiry filing record keeping and tracking supplies/storage for the entire PC Team;
all other job-related and outreached duties assigned by the supervisor.
Entry Requirements
1. University Graduate with work experience; OR
2.F.5 / S.5 with:
(a) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B) and Chinese Language or equivalent;
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language ; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects or equivalent;
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure
1.1 year full-time working experience.

in end-of-life care and with knowledge on care for the terminally ill clients.
interpersonal communication and customer services skills.
experience in delivery of mass programs and support groups activities.
proficiency in MS Office (Work Excel PowerPoint Access) and word processing (both English and Chinese).
in written English and Chinese as well as spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua.
self-motivated and able to work multi-tasks independently.
