Pay : HK$24191 - HK$28623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide executive support in coordinating and organizing cluster-initiated training programs for clinical staff.
2. Coordinate training needs assessments and assist in the development engagement and ongoing support of simulation trainers.
3. Support training evaluation and reporting including compilation of participant feedback and preparation of outcome summaries.
4. Provide administrative support the Training Centre at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital including liaising with internal and external stakeholders preparing training and promotional materials handling enquiries and correspondence and providing general secretarial support.
5. Provide logistical support in the coordination and organization of meetings events and visits.
6. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements
1. University Graduate with work experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with:
(a) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B) and Chinese Language or equivalent;
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language ; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects or equivalent;
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure
1. Proficiency in using PC for office work (e-mail Chinese word processing MSWord Excel Access and PowerPoint) and statistics / graphic design.
2. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. General knowledge of public health services.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently.
5. Good ability to handle difficult situations analyze problems and find solutions.
6. Mature thinking self-motivated detail-oriented creative with strong analytical skills.
