Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines using Belina Payroll System.

Administer and reconcile statutory deductions including National Social Security Authority (NSSA) contributions.

Prepare and process medical aid schedules and ensure timely remittance to service providers.

Maintain and update employee payroll records including new hires terminations leave and salary adjustments.
-
Ensure compliance with all relevant Zimbabwean labour legislation and statutory requirements.

Generate payroll reports for management review and audit purposes.
-
Reconcile payroll-related accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Liaise with external stakeholders including NSSA and medical aid providers.

Respond to employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
