Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and highly organised Brand and Events Officer to support the execution of brand initiatives and coordinate impactful events that enhance visibility engagement and brand experience. This role plays a key part in bringing the brand to life through well-executed activations corporate events and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented energetic and capable of managing multiple moving parts while ensuring strong brand consistency and execution excellence.

Responsibilities:
Brand Support & Execution
  • Support the implementation of brand strategy across all marketing and communication channels
  • Ensure consistent brand application across events campaigns and promotional materials
  • Assist in developing brand assets collateral and promotional content
Event Planning & Coordination
  • Plan coordinate and execute corporate events activations launches and brand experiences
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues suppliers equipment and budgets
  • Coordinate invitations guest lists registrations and event communications
  • Ensure smooth on-site event execution and troubleshooting where required
Marketing & Promotions
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns linked to events and brand initiatives
  • Assist with social media content creation and event coverage
  • Work closely with the marketing team to amplify event reach and engagement
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
  • Liaise with vendors agencies venues and production teams
  • Negotiate costs and manage supplier relationships to ensure value and quality
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align event objectives and execution
Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track event performance attendance and engagement metrics
  • Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations
  • Support continuous improvement of event and brand execution strategies
Key Skills:

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or related field
  • 2 4 years experience in events coordination brand support or marketing
