We are seeking a creative and highly organised Brand and Events Officer to support the execution of brand initiatives and coordinate impactful events that enhance visibility engagement and brand experience. This role plays a key part in bringing the brand to life through well-executed activations corporate events and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:
Brand Support & Execution
- Support the implementation of brand strategy across all marketing and communication channels
- Ensure consistent brand application across events campaigns and promotional materials
- Assist in developing brand assets collateral and promotional content
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan coordinate and execute corporate events activations launches and brand experiences
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues suppliers equipment and budgets
- Coordinate invitations guest lists registrations and event communications
- Ensure smooth on-site event execution and troubleshooting where required
Marketing & Promotions
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns linked to events and brand initiatives
- Assist with social media content creation and event coverage
- Work closely with the marketing team to amplify event reach and engagement
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with vendors agencies venues and production teams
- Negotiate costs and manage supplier relationships to ensure value and quality
- Coordinate with internal departments to align event objectives and execution
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track event performance attendance and engagement metrics
- Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations
- Support continuous improvement of event and brand execution strategies
Key Skills:
