The Center for Continuing and Professional Development under the Division of Continuing Studies seeks qualified part time instructors for the centers array of non-credit programs and initiatives. Candidates would contribute to the divisions educational mission of lifelong learning and its objective of providing an educational experience that connects instruction and training with the skill sets to succeed in their current career or pursue a new path. Potential areas of industry include but are not limited to customer service workforce development information technology information technology & management managing programs communication and leadership managing people and projects project management strategic planning training and employee development leadership coaching paralegal healthcare programming and coding and other areas of professional development and training. Successful candidates will be responsible for the following: Instructing/co-instructing course(s) for non-credit programs (may include traditional lecture hybrid and/or fully online courses) Prepare course materials (i.e. syllabi presentations hand-outs reading materials etc.) Provide constructive feedback to students as well as critical instruction regarding course/program work Respond to student emails and inquiries Adhere university and program regulations policies and deadlines Practice innovative educational methodology
