We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in the cosmetics industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving sales growth for skincare haircare and personal care products.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales / business development (cosmetics/FMCG preferred).
Qualification : Any Graduation
* Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of team.
* Knowledge of cosmetic industry trends and regulatory requirements will be an adde advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and key clients.
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
* Represent the company at trade shows exhibitions and networking events.
