- Experience: 1 5 years
- Education: Engineering or MBA (preferably in HR / Marketing)
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital learning platforms
- Prior experience in Learning & Development (L&D) preferred (not mandatory if strong interest in L&D and Knowledge Management)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute blended learning programs using multiple digital platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design learning solutions aligned with business needs
- Support creation of knowledge assets including:
- Case studies & caselets
- Reading materials
- Videos & assignments
- Curate relevant content from internal and external sources
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives
- Identify and manage external learning partners/vendors
- Contribute to building and maintaining knowledge management framework
