About the Role
AUM Insurance Brokers Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand its client base and drive revenue growth in the insurance segment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the insurance industry strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the insurance sector
- Generate leads through field visits networking and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and servicing
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the insurance industry (mandatory)
- Age: 30 40 years
- Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits
- Should be comfortable with field sales and local travel
- Preference will be given to candidates from Chennai or nearby locations
- Salary: Up to 30000 per month
- Performance-based incentives (if applicable)
- Proven experience in insurance sales/business development
- Ability to meet targets and work independently
- Good knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics
