About the Role

AUM Insurance Brokers Private Limited is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead corporate sales initiatives and expand the companys presence in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales with the ability to engage and close deals with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new corporate clients for insurance products and services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in organizations
Generate leads through networking references and market research
Present customized insurance solutions based on client requirements
Achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and servicing of clients
Track market trends competitor activities and identify new opportunities

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 4 years in the insurance industry (mandatory)
Age: 30 45 years
Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Proven experience in handling corporate/B2B clients
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Two-wheeler is mandatory for client meetings and field visits
Preference for candidates based in Chennai or nearby areas

Compensation

Salary: Up to 50000 per month
