Saturn is looking for a Partner Experience specialist to own the end-to-end implementation and success of our platform within partner firms. You will drive onboarding adoption and retention turning signed deals into thriving partnerships. This role is pivotal in our mission to democratize financial advice through our market-leading AI-driven planning and compliance platform.

What you will do:

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new partners from initial requirement scoping and configuration to user training and deep adoption.

• Build strategic long-term relationships with firm principals and compliance teams to ensure Saturn is deeply embedded in their daily operations.

• Act as the primary bridge between partners and the product team translating customer feedback into actionable insights for the engineering roadmap.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 3 years of experience in customer success implementation or account management within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

• Demonstrates operational excellence and a data-literate approach to managing a portfolio of accounts and driving measurable business outcomes.

• Brings a proactive solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead strategic conversations in a highly regulated industry like fintech.
