We are hiring for our client a market-leading fast-paced multi-site organisation seeking an experienced People Partner to support their people strategy and HR operations.
Based in the Greater Belfast Head Office this role will partner with senior management teams across sites delivering HR support in areas such as employee engagement recruitment organisational design and succession planning.

The Role
Partner with managers and business leaders to understand operational needs and provide proactive HR support
Support HR operations driving initiatives in recruitment employee relations and talent development
Develop and implement HR policies systems and procedures in line with best practice and legislation
Manage the full recruitment cycle from shortlisting to selection and onboarding
Provide guidance on performance management people management and HR policies
Support employee relations casework and employee engagement initiatives
Partner with senior leaders on talent development career planning and succession strategies
Stay updated on HR developments employment law and best practices
Contribute to Equality Monitoring and Article 55 reporting
The Person
CIPD membership essential
Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Generalist / Partnering roles
Strong knowledge & experience of UK/ROI employment law and HR best practices
Experience working in a fast-paced multi-site environment
Production led/manufacturing/Construction industry experience
Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive people strategies
