Purpose of the role:
The teamare responsible forRecruitment of all staff across the business in. An ideal applicant will have past Internal Recruitment or external agency experience with a good understanding of the entire Recruitment cycle.
Hours:Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours per week
Employment Type:Permanent
Location: Leyland (We operate a hybrid working model requiring attendance in our Leyland office 3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of candidates from junior to senior level roles
- Dealing with high volume recruitment
- Interviewing Candidates/pre-screening/attending selection panels
- Liaising with line managers nationwide throughout the business to understand varying recruitment need.
- Liaising with both internal and external staff and professional organisations (veterans societies government schemes universities and colleges etc)
- Diary Management Administration and carrying out employment checks
- Assistingin training/ Development of managers on the Talent process.
- Attending job fairsschoolsand colleges
- Involvement and management of apprenticeship programmes andassistingthe HR team and Learning and Development with associated administration
- Data reporting for MI - Excel skills essential
- Assistingmarketing with advertising vacancies/social media and intranet
- Assistancewith ad-hoc projects/duties may berequired to support the business
