We are seeking a dedicated Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team supporting one of the worlds leading retail and e-commerce brands. As digital shopping continues to expand we provide a professional environment where your expertise ensures a seamless experience for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Based in Greece you will enjoy a high standard of living exceptional local cuisine and a Mediterranean climate that offers over 300 days of sunshine annually.
Responsibilities
- Customer Consultations: Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries regarding product availability specifications and detailed sizing across a wide range of retail categories.
- Order Management: Manage the end-to-end customer journey including order processing tracking shipments and handling returns or exchanges with precision.
- Technical Assistance: Support users with digital platform navigation account management and secure payment processing.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve service-related concerns with a professional and helpful approach ensuring a positive brand experience and high customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Please note that non-EU residence permits from other countries are not sufficient for employment in Greece).
- A professional organized and customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer success is a strong advantage.
