About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic international team.
In this role you will act as the first point of contact for customers and partners mainly handling after-sales inquiriesacross phone chat and email. Youll support customers with order issues payments deliveries and moreoften resolving complex or escalated cases.

Work Model
Fully remote within Greece with relocation support provided to help you settle in Thessaloniki.
Resolve delivery issues lost items and payment concerns
Manage warranty claims and partner-related queries
Handle escalated cases with professionalism
Use multiple tools and systems to investigate and resolve issues
Requirements
Dutch: C1 level or higher
English: B2 level or higher
Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
