About the Role
Join a global travel platform and become part of an international team supporting customers worldwide.
As a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist you will assist users with bookings reservations and general inquiries ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Work Model
- On-site training (9 weeks in Athens)
- After training: remote work may be possible based on performance and readiness
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Support with reservations cancellations and booking changes
- Assist with payment-related questions and issues
- Provide clear and professional communication in Croatian and English
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Croatian: Fluency or C1 level
- English: B2 level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- EU citizenship or valid residence card with full work rights
