About the Role
We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global team supporting a leading technology company.
In this role you will provide customer and technical support to users of mobile devices computers and digital services. Youll handle a variety of inquiries from account issues to technical troubleshooting ensuring a smooth and high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone chat and email
- Assist with account management (logins passwords access issues)
- Troubleshoot mobile devices computers and software issues
- Support customers with app billing and network-related inquiries
- Guide users through updates data migration and device setup
- Maintain high standards of security and customer experience
Requirements
- Portuguese: Fluent or C1 level
- English: B2 level
- Strong computer skills (MS Office CRM tools etc.)
- Previous technical support experience is a plus
- Familiarity with MacOS iOS or similar systems is an advantage
- Typing speed: minimum 20 WPM
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
