We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global team supporting a leading technology company.
In this role you will provide customer and technical support to users of mobile devices computers and digital services. Youll handle a variety of inquiries from account issues to technical troubleshooting ensuring a smooth and high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide support via phone chat and email
Assist with account management (logins passwords access issues)
Troubleshoot mobile devices computers and software issues
Support customers with app billing and network-related inquiries
Guide users through updates data migration and device setup
Maintain high standards of security and customer experience
Requirements
Portuguese: Fluent or C1 level
English: B2 level
Strong computer skills (MS Office CRM tools etc.)
Previous technical support experience is a plus
Familiarity with MacOS iOS or similar systems is an advantage
Typing speed: minimum 20 WPM
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
