Were looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting and evolving next-generation communication solutions.
What Youll Do
- Manage and resolve L2 reseller technical requests via phone and written communication
- Provide real-time online technical support
- Troubleshoot VoIP PBX and networking issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical solutions and processes
What Were Looking For
- Degree from IEK / TEI / AEI in IT Telecommunications or related field
- 13 years of experience in a relevant technical role
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written & spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Technical Skills That Will Make You Stand Out
- Solid understanding of networking (routing switching firewalls)
- Experience with PBX VoIP and IP telephony
- Nice to have certifications:
- GCP GCP Certifications
- Telephony systems / networking certifications
- GCP GCP Certifications
