Were looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting and evolving next-generation communication solutions.

What Youll Do

Manage and resolve L2 reseller technical requests via phone and written communication
Provide real-time online technical support
Troubleshoot VoIP PBX and networking issues
Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical solutions and processes

What Were Looking For

Degree from IEK / TEI / AEI in IT Telecommunications or related field
13 years of experience in a relevant technical role
Excellent command of Greek and English (written & spoken)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Technical Skills That Will Make You Stand Out

Solid understanding of networking (routing switching firewalls)
Experience with PBX VoIP and IP telephony
Nice to have certifications:
- GCP GCP Certifications
- Telephony systems / networking certifications
