- Provide real-time online technical support
- Troubleshoot VoIP PBX and networking issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical solutions and processes
What Were Looking For
- Degree from IEK / TEI / AEI in IT Telecommunications or related field
- 13 years of experience in a relevant technical role
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written & spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
