About the Role
We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to join an international team supporting SquareTrade a global leader in device protection.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers guiding them through their claims journey and ensuring a smooth positive experience. Youll play a key role in transforming customer support into a trust-building and solution-driven service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone chat and email
Support customers with claims processing and case resolution
Escalate complex cases when needed
Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies
Maintain accurate documentation across systems
Deliver a high-quality customer-focused experience
Requirements
Dutch: Fluent
English: Good working level
Strong communication and empathy skills
Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems
Typing speed: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
Good PC skills (MS Office CRM tools etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent
What We Offer
Monthly salary
Performance bonus up to 200/month
450 training completion bonus
450 retention bonus after 12 months
Paid training: 2 weeks 2 weeks nesting

Stable 8-month contract with potential extension

On-site role in Athens (no relocation support)
