About the Role
We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to join an international team supporting SquareTrade a global leader in device protection.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers guiding them through their claims journey and ensuring a smooth positive experience. Youll play a key role in transforming customer support into a trust-building and solution-driven service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone chat and email
- Support customers with claims processing and case resolution
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies
- Maintain accurate documentation across systems
- Deliver a high-quality customer-focused experience
Requirements
- Dutch: Fluent
- English: Good working level
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems
- Typing speed: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Good PC skills (MS Office CRM tools etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
What We Offer
- Monthly salary
- Performance bonus up to 200/month
- 450 training completion bonus
- 450 retention bonus after 12 months
- Paid training: 2 weeks 2 weeks nesting
- Ongoing learning and development
- Stable 8-month contract with potential extension
