About the Role
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global support team working with a premium home appliances brand.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers assisting with product-related questions troubleshooting and service coordination. You will support customers via phone and email helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth experience with their appliances.
Work Model
This is a remote role within Greece offering flexibility while being part of an international team based in Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via inbound phone and email
Assist with troubleshooting and product-related inquiries
Guide customers through installation and usage questions
Help identify and order the correct spare parts
Schedule technician visits when on-site support is required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
Danish: Bilingual or C1 level
English: B2 level (for training and internal communication)
Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems
Basic technical or mechanical understanding is an advantage
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
