About the Role
Join a global leader in online travel and become part of an international team supporting millions of travelers worldwide.
As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers helping them manage bookings resolve issues and ensure a smooth travel experience. Youll support both individual travelers and partners making this a dynamic and varied role.
Work Model
Fully remote within Greece with relocation support to help you settle in Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Assist with reservations cancellations and modifications
- Support payment processes refunds and complaints
- Provide assistance with account and Extranet-related queries
- Deliver clear and accurate information about services and properties
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
Requirements
- German: Fluent or C1 level
- English: B2 level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good PC knowledge (Windows troubleshooting shortcuts)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
