As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers helping them manage bookings resolve issues and ensure a smooth travel experience. Youll support both individual travelers and partners making this a dynamic and varied role.
Work Model
Fully remote within Greece with relocation support to help you settle in Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Assist with reservations cancellations and modifications
Support payment processes refunds and complaints
Provide assistance with account and Extranet-related queries
Deliver clear and accurate information about services and properties
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
Requirements
German: Fluent or C1 level
English: B2 level
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good PC knowledge (Windows troubleshooting shortcuts)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented mindset
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
