Job Summary

  • Oversee Non-EB & EB business lines including Property Fire Marine Burglary and other lines of GMC/ GPA business.

  • To manage Business Development of Health Insurance products planning and implementation of company business plan to achieve desired sales objective for the assigned region.

  • Responsible for the sales budget across Health / Motor/ Other General Insurance products of sourced through Direct Sales channels.

  • Generate customer leads through various activities. Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved.

  • Ensure retention of corporate clients through effective liaison and communication.

  • Leverage corporate relationships to drive business closures.

  • Float queries to insurance companies and provide clients with competitive and optimal quotes.

  • Collaborate with insurers clients and surveyors to ensure a smooth claims process.

  • Resolve 100% of client queries and complaints within the stipulated turnaround time.

  • Provide timely and accurate MIS data as per business requirements.
