Job Summary

Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor will lead and manage a team of field sales agents responsible for promoting and selling fiber broadband services. The role requires strong leadership hands-on sales experience in fiber telecom and the ability to drive performance while ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise coach and motivate field sales agents to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Plan and execute sales strategies for fiber broadband products within assigned territories.
  • Monitor team performance track KPIs and prepare regular sales reports. Conduct ride-alongs field assessments and on-the-job training to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies sales processes and ethical standards.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and support agents in closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with management on market intelligence competitor analysis and territory expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in sales with at least 12 years in fiber telecom or broadband sales.
  • Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of fiber broadband products installation processes and customer onboarding.
  • Excellent leadership communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in the field and manage multiple locations.
  • OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
