Job Summary
The Team Lead Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth managing sales operations and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives across the company. The role holder will ensure the execution of strategic sales initiatives customer acquisition and retention strategies to enhance market presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for individual team members and overall business units.
Revenue Generation & Business Growth:
  • Drive sales initiatives to increase market share and revenue.
  • Develop pricing strategies that align with market demand and business profitability.
  • Monitor and optimize sales pipeline to ensure steady revenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management & Retention:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Implement CRM tools to track and improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns proactively to enhance service quality and retention.
Sales Performance & Team Management:
  • Lead mentor and coach the sales team to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Foster a results-driven sales culture with clear KPIs and accountability structures.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Analyze competitors strategies and recommend measures to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide insights to the executive team for informed decision-making.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
  • Masters degree (MBA) in Sales Management or Strategic Marketing is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience.
  • Experience working in a group holding company or multinational environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) are advantageous.
