Job Summary

We are seeking a Paid Ads Lead to own and drive the paid marketing function within a fast-growing D2C brand. This is more than a campaign management role. You will architect paid media strategy take full ownership of revenue growth and blend data-driven precision with creative instinct to scale the business through digital advertising. Who are we looking for
  • You are a performance marketing specialist with at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns ideally within a D2C or e-commerce environment.
  • You are deeply fluent in Meta Ads and Google Ads and constantly exploring whats next on TikTok and other emerging channels.
  • You are data-driven to your core.
  • You dont guess; you test measure analyse and optimise.
  • You are a creative thinker who understands that great ads arent just about numbers. Theyre about storytelling visuals and messaging that stops the scroll.

  • You are commercially savvy. You understand ROAS CAC LTV and how paid media connects to the bigger business picture.
  • You are a collaborative team player who works cross-functionally with brand creative and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life.
Your Responsibilities
Campaign Management
  • You will develop execute and continuously optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and amp; Instagram) Google Ads TikTok and other relevant channels.
  • You will implement advanced audience targeting bidding strategies and budget allocation to drive maximum ROAS.
  • You will run ongoing A/B tests on creatives copy audiences and formats to consistently improve performance.
Revenue Ownership
  • You will take full ownership of revenue growth from paid channels across all markets.
  • You will align paid ad strategies with overall business goals to maximise profitability and efficiency.
  • You will continuously identify opportunities to scale whats working and cut what isnt.
Creative Strategy and amp; Collaboration
  • You will develop a paid creatives strategy working closely with the brand and design teams to produce ads that are compelling on-brand and conversion-optimised.
  • You will identify high-performing ad formats visual styles and messaging angles that drive engagement and results.
Data Tracking and amp; Reporting
  • You will own data analytics across all paid channels ensuring every decision is backed by solid data.
  • You will implement and manage tracking tools including GTM Meta Pixel GA4 and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • You will update the ad performance dashboard regularly and prepare monthly reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
  • You will share performance learnings with cross-functional teams to elevate the overall marketing effort.
What Success looks like
  • Consistent improvement in ROAS across Meta Google and TikTok campaigns quarter-on-quarter.
  • Paid channels become a reliable scalable revenue driver contributing meaningfully to overall business revenue targets.
  • A/B testing cadence is established with at least 2 to 3 experiments running at any given time feeding a continuous optimisation loop.
  • Full attribution is in place. Every naira spent is tracked measured and accounted for.
  • Monthly performance reports delivered on time with actionable insights that influence broader marketing strategy.
  • Cross-functional relationships with brand and design teams are strong resulting in faster creative turnaround and higher-quality ad assets.
To be considered for this role you should have
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in paid media marketing with a strong preference for D2C or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale campaigns on Meta Ads Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) Facebook Ads Manager and attribution modelling.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics including ROAS CPA CTR and LTV and how to move them.
  • Experience developing creative ad strategies and collaborating with content and design teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and allocate spend for maximum ROI.
  • Experience with tracking implementation tools such as GTM Meta Pixel and GA4.
  • Experience with AI-driven ad optimisation tools or automation platforms is a plus.
