Technical Project Manager

Role: Technical Project ManagerLocation: Kalyan Nagar Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive cross-functional project execution across Technology and Product teams. This role bridges business objectives and engineering execution ensuring initiatives are delivered with clarity alignment and  will work closely with Program Managers Product Managers Engineering Leads Designers and Leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and ensure seamless delivery across departments including Marketing Legal Operations Creative and Leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end planning and execution of product and technical initiativesTranslate business goals into actionable project plans with defined scope timelines and resource allocationFacilitate sprint planning backlog grooming and daily stand-ups with engineering and product teamsTrack timelines manage dependencies identify risks and ensure timely mitigationMaintain centralized documentation dashboards and reporting mechanismsEnsure clear communication of project goals expectations and progress across teamsPartner with Marketing Legal Operations and Creative teams to align deliverables and schedulesPrepare weekly project status reports for leadership with risks blockers and recommendationsAssist in resource planning budget estimation and capacity managementDrive process improvements and adoption of project management tools such as Jira and ConfluenceChampion agile and lean practices across cross-functional teamsPerform other related project management responsibilities aligned with business prioritiesRequired SkillsProject and Delivery Skills5 to 10 years of experience in project or program management in IT services product companies or similar environmentsStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and agile or scrum methodologiesProven experience managing engineering sprints product timelines and cross-functional programsExperience working with global client accounts and delivery models such as Time and Material or Fixed PriceFamiliarity with project accounting principles charge code structures and billing cyclesAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities under tight timelinesTools and SystemsHands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and ConfluenceStrong reporting documentation and coordination skillsPreferred SkillsTechnical background in Engineering or hands-on experience working with software systemsExperience in early-stage startups or fast-growing product environmentsFamiliarity with tools such as Asana Notion Figma Slack and Gantt chart toolsExposure to compliance-focused domains such as legal finance or operationsUnderstanding of IT project lifecycles resource planning and billing structuresAwareness of compliance standards such as ISO GDPR or similar frameworksKnowledge of contract terms impacting billing such as SLAs milestones and SOW structuresSoft SkillsStrong leadership and coordination abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh ownership mindset and structured problem-solving approachAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving prioritiesEducationA bachelor's degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field is a must
