Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the modern trade segment.
Manage sales operations in assigned territory ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance analyze sales data and prepare regular sales reports.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major retail chains.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms of trade with key accounts.
Ensure timely collection of payments from accounts.
Promotion and Merchandising: Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Ensure proper placement and visibility of products in stores.
Oversee merchandising activities to enhance product visibility and sales.
Team Leadership: Lead motivate and train the sales team to achieve their targets and improve performance.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and provide feedback.
