Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales of pharmaceutical products across hospitals clinics and pharmacies
- Onboard and manage dealers distributors and sub-stockists
- Generate hospital business through key account development
- Negotiate pricing margins and payment terms with hospital purchase managers
- Execute go-to-market strategies for product portfolio
- Conduct product detailing and presentations to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback
- Achieve sales targets (monthly quarterly annual)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business or related field
- Experience in hospital pharma sales and channel management
- Strong exposure to dealer/distributor onboarding
- Experience across multiple therapy areas (Gynae IVF Vaccines Oncology etc.)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive revenue growth and key account management
- Self-driven with ability to work independently
