Job Title : Government Account Manager
Experience : 3-5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive business growth in government healthcare institutions (hospitals medical colleges PHCs/CHCs etc.)
- Manage end-to-end government sales cycle including tenders GeM and order execution
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials hospital administrators and purchase heads
- Onboard and manage dealers distributors and liaison partners
- Ensure payment collection and maintain strong account hygiene
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Negotiate pricing contracts and close deals with government entities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Track procurement processes market trends and competitor activity
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business or related field
- Experience in government / institutional healthcare sales
- Strong knowledge of tendering GeM portal and procurement systems
- Experience in dealer / distributor and channel partner management
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience in government account handling and payment collection
- Self-driven with ability to manage territory independently
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions
