Job Title : Growth Marketing Manager
Experience : 4-10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition through alternative and performance marketing channels
- Build and scale non-paid growth channels (partnerships outbound referrals)
- Develop and manage partnerships and distribution networks
- Execute outbound campaigns via WhatsApp email and direct outreach
- Design and optimize referral programs and growth loops
- Implement hyper-local / cluster-based growth strategies
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Meta etc.)
- Optimize marketing funnel (onboarding activation retention)
- Collaborate with product teams for conversion and user journey improvement
- Track and improve CAC conversion rates and customer retention
Requisites
- Strong experience in growth marketing and customer acquisition
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing and alternative channels
- Proven ability to build scalable non-paid growth channels
- Experience in startups / marketplaces / SaaS / fintech / MSME segment
- Strong understanding of customer funnels and retention strategies
- Ability to drive data-driven decisions and marketing experiments
- Experience in partnerships outbound and referral programs
- Strong analytical problem-solving and execution skills
- Self-driven creative and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
