Job Summary

Support the planning implementation and monitoring of community development programs
Engage with local communities partners and stakeholders to promote program participation and feedback
Develop and manage digital content for social media and organizational platforms
Coordinate project documentation reporting and administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
Represent the organization at community events and outreach activities

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work Development Studies Finance Communications Law or Project Management)
Experience working with NGOs or community-based organizations
Traceable references from previous employers or volunteer supervisors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for community development and social impact
Ability to work independently and in a team
