Job Summary

Our client a rapidly expanding business is seeking a high-caliber Finance Manager. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the full spectrum of Financial IT and Administrative Management.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing financial strategies driving efficiency through technology and ensuring robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize Monthly Management Accounts.
Develop Quarterly Board preparation packs.
Generate Weekly Dashboard accounts for the Group and Company.
Manage all IT functions and develop the companys IT strategy.
Lead the introduction of AI and process automation for business efficiencies.
Oversee the review and reconciliation of debtor creditor cash and bank balances.
Review and establish the costing and pricing of all products.
Lead the annual budgeting process.
Review and ensure the adequacy of internal controls.
Manage and project company cashflows.
Process and manage the Executive Payroll.
Review and manage statutory payments.
Maintain the fixed asset register and manage company insurance policies.

Key Skills:

Exceptional financial acumen and corporate governance understanding.
High level of computer literacy including advanced Excel skills.
Demonstrable knowledge and enthusiasm for introducing technology including AI to business processes.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills to effectively report to Executive management.
Ability to manage and develop IT strategy alongside core finance duties.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Professional qualification (ACCA CIMA CIS or CA) is essential.
A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a similar finance leadership or corporate environment role.
Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred
