Job Summary

Company Background

We are representing our client a new start-up in Malaysia that operates a Loan-Matching Platform in their search for a Business Development Manager (Loan Advisory)

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with customers after handover by Customer Relationship Officer and verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents
Identify any missing documentation required by lenders and provide clear guidance to customers for submission
Assess customer financial profiles to recommend suitable and responsible loan solutions tailored to their needs
Advise customers on repayment feasibility in line with lenders criteria and individual affordability
Maintain effective communication with customers
Schedule and conduct customer meetings to drive loan approvals and close deals
Lead and mentor a subordinate fostering a disciplined self-motivated and high-performing team environment
Report regularly on progress challenges and opportunities to senior management
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance approval rates streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction
Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any related fields
Minimum 57 years in agency sales consumer finance bank loan sales or similar fields
Knowledge of Debt Service Ratio assessment or willingness to learn
Basic understanding of bank lending criteria
