Join Jobstreet Singapore as a Business Transformation Lead responsible for driving and operationalising growth initiatives across Sales Marketing Partnerships and internal teams. Youll turn defined strategies into measurable outcomes by leading hands-on execution managing delivery of programs and tracking performance to ensure success on the ground.

The Role

• Execute growth programs and campaigns end-to-end from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and operational readiness.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics providing insights and course-corrections where needed.
• Empower frontline teams with effective tools training and materials to support success.
• Act as the bridge across Commercial Operations Product and Marketing teams.
• Improve and scale processes to make successful initiatives repeatable.

Qualifications :

So what we are looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field.
• 25 years experience in operations growth execution program management or sales enablement.
• Strong execution mindset with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple workstreams.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across all business levels.

Desired Values

• Experience supporting Sales or customer-facing teams.
• Regional experience especially within Southeast Asia job markets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.
