Job Summary

Company Background

We are representing our client a global logistics company offering import export and total logistics services to fill the role as Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain relationship with existing overseas agents & build relationship with new overseas agents
Attend to overseas agents enquiries (Seafreight and Airfreight import and export) prepare quotations and follow up till shipments are secured
Procuring costs from various outsource vendors: shipping lines airlines haulier/truckers warehouse overseas agents and etc

Job Requirements:

SPM Diploma or Degree in Logistics Business Management or any related field
Min 2-3 years in freight forwarding industry
Proficient in written & spoken Mandarin English and Bahasa Malaysia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resourcefulness in solving problems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Able to get along well with others in a team setting
Possess own transport

Other info:

Working hours : Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Permanent role
