Job Summary


  • Lead the development and implementation of short and long-term strategies to maximize mall profitability.
  • Conduct market analysis and customer insights to ensure the malls offerings meet consumer demand and attract a diverse range of visitors.
  • Create plans for tenant acquisition retention and growth to maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of mall operations including security maintenance cleaning and health & safety.
  • Ensure smooth operations for events and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and tenant engagement.
  • Supervise the implementation of effective waste management energy efficiency and environmental sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage the malls financial performance including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Maximize revenue through leasing activities event promotions and strategic partnerships.
  • Control costs while ensuring high service standards are maintained.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants ensuring that their needs are met and performance targets are achieved.
  • Resolve tenant concerns in a timely and efficient manner promoting a collaborative and positive environment.
  • Work with senior management to improve tenant satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Lead marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase mall visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance mall branding and reputation.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Lead motivate and manage a diverse team to achieve operational goals.
  • Promote a high-performance culture focused on customer service innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development to staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage risk and implement strategies to minimize operational disruptions and emergencies.


  • Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Business Management Hospitality or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in mall management or retail operations with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
    • Proven track record of successful team leadership and operational management.
    • Strong experience in tenant management leasing and stakeholder engagement.
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants customers and senior management.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • In-depth understanding of retail operations mall marketing and customer service.
