This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes building strong talent pipelines and supporting managers across key HR lifecycle and people initiatives. The role requires strong hands-on Workday experience and close collaboration with business and global HR stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions including workforce planning hiring approvals and budgeting
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements timelines and selection criteria
- Drive sourcing strategies using job portals referrals vendors and direct sourcing
- Manage assessments offer rollouts negotiations and pre-boarding
- Ensure seamless onboarding readiness in Workday and coordination with stakeholders
- Ensure consistent and positive candidate experience aligned with Movado employer brand
- Act as HR SPOC for supported teams and managers
- Handle employee relations grievance management and disciplinary actions
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations role changes promotions and exits.
- Partner with managers on engagement retention and workforce planning initiatives.
- Support audits compliance reviews and policy rollouts
Education & Experience
Bachelors/masters degree in HR Business Administration or related field
4-5 years of relevant experiance.
Experience working in retail e-commerce IT or shared services environments preferred
