Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Data Infrastructure & Reporting

- Build reporting frameworks linking Workfront DAM Letsflo Pixelz and financials.

- Create dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/Excel.

- Establish data hygiene QA processes.

Metrics Design & Insights

- Define KPIs and standard metric definitions.

- Analyze trends and highlight operational bottlenecks.

- Provide recommendations for process or cost improvement.

Budget & Vendor Performance Tracking

- Track spend across vendors and production workflows.

- Build dashboards showing vendor SLAs and cost trends.

- Support budget planning with forecast models.

Required Experience & Skills

5 8 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or operational insights ideally within marketing creative or production environments.

Proven experience building data systems from the ground up - not just maintaining them.

Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables macros) Power BI Tableau Adobe Analytics and strong presentation skills in PowerPoint.

Experience designing dashboards that synthesize data from multiple sources and communicate trends clearly.

Strong understanding of business and operational metrics preferably in creative or production workflows.

Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to define what data to track and why.

Comfortable working with APIs data exports or structured data from SaaS platforms.

Exceptional attention to detail data integrity and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Strong communication and storytelling skills - able to turn data into narratives that drive action.

Highly independent proactive and resourceful - capable of creating structure where none exists.

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with systems such as Workfront Letsflo/Shotflow Pixelz DAM (Sitecore) or similar creative production platforms.

Experience in retail fashion or multi-brand creative operations environments.

Exposure to automation AI or advanced analytics projects.

Knowledge of database structures Power Query or scripting for data transformation.

Degree in Data Analytics Operations Business or a related field.
