Job Summary

Position Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations. Oversee roster planning including staff scheduling ensuring optimal coverage for operations. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment overseeing the picking packing and dispatching processes. Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards ensuring a clean organized and safe working environment. Train and mentor staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels. Coordinate with other departments (logistics procurement) to meet operational goals and timelines. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team. Address and resolve any operational issues that arise on the floor promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements

Requirements: Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles. Strong background in roster planning and staff scheduling. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
