Together were shaping the future by enabling customers to make pivotal decisions that safeguard communities and power progress.Responsibilities:
- Checking of physical qty and general packaging condition for new incoming
- System Receiving (GR) and transfer items for CTE Inspection (APU parts only or per instruction from SAP)
- Raise NCR for any discrepancy (related to PO qty / rev / part number) against system info to SCM team if not resolved within stipulated grace period.
- Binning of CTE accepted items / ARU new parts / Sub-con Repaired Serviceable to designated Storage area
- Picking Kitting & Issuing of parts requested via Work Orders / Manufacturing Orders
- Consumable Kitting via Kanban Card
- Processing of Exchange Requests from Workshop / Production & Scrap Request
- Inventory Management (e.g. Inventory Storage 5S Cycle-count Expiring component management Support Inventory Audit etc)
Requirements :
- GCE N or O Level ITE or Diploma equivalent
- Preferably possess some Warehousing or Store experience.
- Basic Computer skills (e.g. Internet surfing email etc)
Other information:
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations
- This is a 1 Year contract position extendable based on business requirements
