Wavestone Asia supports global organisations in their IT advisory and cybersecurity capabilities. We are looking for an entrylevel Business Development Associate to help grow our presence across Asia.
This role offers strong learning opportunities and direct exposure to consultants clients and senior leadersproviding a solid foundation for a long-term commercial career within Wavestone.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute outreach from a prospection plan and secure pitches with multinational clients
- Support the sales cycle: lead qualification meeting coordination proposal preparation pitch followups
- Learn and apply Wavestones sales methodology including bid basics and earlystage negotiations
- Build trustbased interactions through clear communication and professional client engagement
- Collaborate closely with consultants and sales team; escalate risks and keep stakeholders informed
- Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to sales reporting
Qualifications :
- Fresh graduates with internship experience (or candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience) in sales or business development preferably within consulting IT or financial services.
- Foundational knowledge and interest in IT advisory or cybersecurity topics is a strong plus.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Mandarin or another additional languages are an advantage.
- Curious proactive organised and eager to learn in a fastpaced environment.
- Client-facing experience or exposure to multinational clients is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore is required.
