Job Summary

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for managing Virtual Relationship Managers for the South & East Zone who will be actively involved in the Distributor engagement distributor servicing through different mediums and achievement of the sales target.

b)Work with Project teams to ensure on time and speedy execution of the various interventions and demonstrate the benefits which are expected from the intervention

KRA1Deliver on Annual Operating Plan for VRM & SamparkDefine a clear approach to penetrate and develop the market within the VRM-MFDs to drive Activation sales growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with MFDs in order to drive market share and AAUM Average AUM.
Anticipate demands through market study competitor information and analysis of potential customers.
KRA2Distributor Engagement & ManagementDrive engagement of VRM relationships in order to gain maximum mind share vis-à-vis the market.
Explore new lines of businesses and avenues for growth and feed ground levels inputs on these aspects back to the BD team to initiate creation and establishment of relevant sales channels.
Act as a bridge between the VRM distributor community and BSLAMC investment IEDD teams to drive greater understanding and view on markets by organizing periodic forums for interaction.
Resolving the distributor service-related issues over calls/emails. from our regional offices which will help them service their investors better.
KRA3Sales & Service Process ManagementIdentify areas for process standardization establish process manuals and plan for process audits for compliance along with process owners.
Work with business quality team to develop customer satisfaction measurement processes evaluate areas of low satisfaction and plan changes for improving customer satisfaction.
Design and implement contest to drive achievement of sales and profitability ensuring dual focus on sales expansion.
Drive process efficiencies and faster TATs through strong relationships with stakeholders across processes and functions (Risk Operations).
KRA4Capability developmentMeasurement of Team Capability Building:
Designing Growth Path for Team Members
Retention of Team Members
Number of Product and Behavioral Trainings conducted for VRMs
Productivity Management of 760 quality interactions by VRMs Virtually over calls/emails with MDFs by the VRMs on a daily basis.
5% (approx 40 nos.) sample quality checks of calls done by VRMs.
Periodic Visits to assigned region for distributor engagement and trainings.
Distributor Capability Building
Increase the number of distributors activation.
Increase in number of training programs conducted for distributors.
Increase in Market share of Distributors.
