Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive zonal revenue targets for FTL and PTL services in line with business goals.

Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to grow market share and wallet share.

Identify and onboard new customers while strengthening relationships with existing key accounts.
Team Leadership & Management

Lead and manage Area / Regional Sales Managers and frontline sales teams.

Team size management typically ranges from 30 40 members across the zone.

Conduct weekly sales reviews (every Monday) and periodic performance evaluations.

Coach mentor and build a high-performing sales culture.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management

Handle strategic and enterprise customers within the zone.

Coordinate with operations pricing finance and credit control teams to ensure smooth service delivery and collections.

Escalation handling for major customers and critical business issues.
Business Planning & Control

Monitor sales pipeline conversion ratios yield and profitability.

Ensure adherence to pricing discipline credit policies and approval matrices.

Prepare and present MIS forecasts and business reviews to senior leadership.
Market Intelligence

Track competitor activities pricing trends and customer requirements.

Provide inputs for product improvements and new business opportunities.
