Job Summary

Role Overview

As theRegional Head of Sales you will lead and scale
enterprise sales initiatives across your region. You will be responsible
for developing high-value partnerships closing key accounts mentoring
sales teams and delivering aggressive growth targets.

This is a leadership role that requires strong enterprise/B2B2C sales
experience strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability. The
ideal candidate should have a proven track record in fintech HR tech
SaaS or financial services sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive revenue targets for the assigned region

- Identify develop and close enterprise deals with large employers
HRMS platforms and payroll providers

- Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team

- Design and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business
goals

- Engage directly with CXOs CHROs CFOs and decision-makers to
establish long-term partnerships

- Manage regional sales operations forecasting pipeline development
and reporting

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing and
Operations to support client success and product adoption

- Represent organization at industry events conferences and client
meetings across India

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 7 years of experience in B2B sales with at least 2 years in a
leadership role

- Strong experience in fintech SaaS payroll/HR tech or enterprise
sales

- Demonstrated ability to close large accounts and drive scalable
revenue

- Excellent leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Comfortable with high travel frequency and in-person client meetings

- Analytical mindset with hands-on CRM and data-driven decision-making

- Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages a
plus)
