Job Description Sales Head
Department: Business Development & Operations
Location: Jaipur Branch / Kota Headquarters
Reporting To: CEO & Founder
Type: Full-Time On-site
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer
base.
Lead guide and monitor the Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Inside Sales Team.
Identify and onboard hospitals clinics and institutional buyers in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
Collaborate with operations marketing and vendor teams to optimize sales performance.
Develop partnerships with medical manufacturers and suppliers for category expansion.
Set and track monthly revenue onboarding and conversion targets.
Conduct sales forecasting budgeting and pipeline management through CRM.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with hospital decision-makers.
Recruit train and mentor new sales talent under HR supervision.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing or Healthcare Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or Healthcare Sales (medical disposables/equipment/
pharma preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication negotiation and analytical abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools MS Excel and data-driven decision-making
Strong understanding of hospital procurement systems and institutional sales
